over the top girls rooms
We started designing these little girls rooms from their constructrual beginning. With the client we started out by picking out the fabrics, which gave us a small piece to get our creative juices flowing. Then with paint, a sewing machine, the search for some furniture and a lot of hours, we designed these two little girls bedrooms, and an adorable little a Jack 'n' Jill bathroom, to be quite over the top!
We fell in love with these rooms, but the love we have for these little girls will be in our hearts forever.

family area
This week we worked with the cutest family. They have seven children and used the bonus room as a play area for the family. They are fans of BYU Cougars, so we used it to be our inspiration. First we started with a cottage, for two little girls. Flowers, bushes, butterflies and bumble bees was hand painted to welcome their friends.
BYU fans.... you bet! With many of the sports represented by metal , players, we painted a BYU Cougar in the center of the room to create the theme of the room. We had a great time with this wonderful family.
one of the perk of our business is that we meet such great people, people we would have probably have never met. We love what we do. Most of the time it doesn't seem like a job...only making people happy.

sexy bathroom
Sometimes you do a project for a client that is just fun and this was the case. the client put up the leopard wall paper print and didn't have enough! ouch.,
... I hate when that happens. so we plastered , glazed and etc. to create a distressed chiped wall. It worked. Sometimes boo boos end up being better than you planned.

bathroom
When we design and paint a room, our goal is to create a room that is diffrent than any other room we have done. This room was no different. Being a Jack'n Jill bathroom, both girls rooms had their own personality. With that in mind we wanted to combine the girls rooms into their bathroom. With over sized poka dots and hand painted designs we accomplished our goal. Shelley made stools for each vanity to combine the girls color scheme.

bathrooms
With Harlequins ,stripes and rick rack and pock a dots, this little girls spacious bathroom was a little girls dream room. A bunny munching on some grass was painted just above her head, when she soaked in her jetted tub. We also painted her chest to match her room. Each day we came to paint her rooms, we would tease her about being spoiled. She would giggle and say,I know.
